Orders through the Webshop
Unused products that have been ordered at Ogé Exclusive webshop can be returned within 14 days. You will receive your refund within 14 days. The product must be in its original packaging and you must submit a valid proof of purchase. If this is not the case, we can not accept product returns. Shipping costs of returning the product will not be reimbursed.
Orders at the Oge Exclusive affiliated salons
An unused product can be returned within eight days. You will receive a full refund on your bank account within 14 days.
Delivery
Your order will be sent upon receipt of your payment. It may take several days before we receive the payment, depending on what bank you are with.
The delivery time is 1-2 days, if item is in stock.
