We apologize that your box did not come pristine, but unfortunately sometimes the boxes are damaged due to transportation. Damages such as a dent, scratch or tear in no way reflect the quality of your new beauty product.

There are damages that are unfortunately out of our control. Our company policy is that our warranty only includes manufacturing malfunctions, such as loss of heat or power.

This is completely normal and is not a malfunction of your beauty tool. The handle should be slightly warm to the touch, and you may use the Oge glove if you feel discomfort. This is how we have designed the products for best use.
This is most likely because the top part, or the connector, of the curler is not installed properly. When this is the case the curler shows ERROR before or during curling the hair. You will need to unplug the tool, unattached and reattach it. Please note that it will take approximately 15 minutes for the connector to be reset.
