Order before 22:00 on a working day and your parcel leaves the same day, so you have it the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium. Order at the weekend and it goes out on Monday.
Our devices are made for every hair type; the difference lies in the model you choose and the temperature you work at. Torn between two stylers? Describe your hair through the contact page: how thick, how long, coloured or not. You will get concrete advice within four working hours from someone who uses the products themselves.
Yes, and we mean that seriously. You have thirty days to change your mind and the device may well have been used in that time. We actually want you to test it properly on your own hair, on an ordinary morning, because that is the only moment you find out whether it suits you.
If it turns out not to fit, we send the return label and you get your money back within five working days. You do not have to give a reason.
Two years of full warranty on every device, from the day you receive it. That covers everything that can fail under normal use: the heating element, the electronics, the switch and the cord.
If you report a fault, we settle it within one working day in most cases and we pay the shipping both ways.
In the Netherlands and Belgium, nothing: shipping and returns are both free there, whatever the amount. So nothing is added at checkout that you had not counted on.
Ordering from outside the Benelux, you pay shipping costs that are shown at checkout before you pay. Within the EU from €9.95, and free from €150.
