Is this suitable for my hair type?

Our devices are made for every hair type; the difference lies in the model you choose and the temperature you work at. Torn between two stylers? Describe your hair through the contact page: how thick, how long, coloured or not. You will get concrete advice within four working hours from someone who uses the products themselves.

Which temperature do I choose for my hair?

180 degrees for fine, thin, blonde or damaged hair. 200 degrees for normal hair. 220 degrees for thick, coarse or unruly hair.

Always start at the lowest setting that does the job: one calm pass at the right temperature gives more shine and less damage than five quick ones that are too hot. If you find yourself going over the same section more than twice, move up a setting rather than pulling harder.

Can I also make curls with a straightener?

Yes. The plates of the One Touch Stripes are rounded and flexible, so you can turn the section around them instead of only sliding along it. Take sections of no more than four centimetres, turn the styler half a rotation and pull down slowly.

Then let the curl cool in your hand before you let go, because hair sets while it cools and not while it is hot. Do that and the curl easily holds for two days.

Can I try it at home?

Yes, and we mean that seriously. You have thirty days to change your mind and the device may well have been used in that time. We actually want you to test it properly on your own hair, on an ordinary morning, because that is the only moment you find out whether it suits you.

If it turns out not to fit, we send the return label and you get your money back within five working days. You do not have to give a reason.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years of full warranty on every device, from the day you receive it. That covers everything that can fail under normal use: the heating element, the electronics, the switch and the cord.

If you report a fault, we settle it within one working day in most cases and we pay the shipping both ways.

When will my order be delivered?

Order before 22:00 on a working day and your parcel leaves the same day, so you have it the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium. Order at the weekend and it goes out on Monday.
