We check your details with the Chamber of Commerce and create your business account. You get word by email, including if something does not add up.

You log in with a code by email, no password. From then on you see your own tier price everywhere in the shop.

Frequently asked questions
What salons usually ask us first
Who qualifies for a business account?
Any business with a valid trade register entry and a Dutch VAT number. In practice that means salons, barbershops, hotels, wellness centres and hairdressing schools. Do you work freelance without premises of your own, but with a trade register entry? Then you can simply apply.
How quickly am I approved?
Within one working day. We check your trade register and VAT number by hand, so applications that arrive at the weekend are handled on Monday. You always get word, including when we cannot get something to add up. In that case we call or email you first.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one device and then pay the first tier. There is no minimum amount, no monthly commitment and no annual contract. Order more in a single order and you move up a tier automatically.
How does payment work?
Business orders are paid up front, with the same payment methods as in our consumer shop: iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. You receive an invoice with VAT specified, in your company's name. Payment on account becomes possible over time for regular buyers; ask about it once you have placed a few orders.
Can I return products bought as a business?
Business buyers have no statutory right of withdrawal. That applies to consumers only. Unopened items in their original packaging we take back by arrangement within fourteen days. The two-year manufacturer's warranty applies in full, including on devices you resell to your own clients.
Does this apply to hotels as well?
Yes. Hotels, wellness centres and B&Bs order on the same terms and the same volume scale. Choose "Hotel" when you sign up and we know you will probably use the devices in the rooms or in the spa, so we can think along about quantities and about maintenance.
May I resell to my own clients?
Gladly. We do ask you to keep to the recommended price shown in our own web shop, so the brand holds the same value everywhere. Reselling through external marketplaces such as Bol or Amazon is not permitted.
