In short
- A 14-day cooling-off period, counted from the day you receive the parcel.
- Hair stylers are hygiene products: returns are only possible unopened and with the seal intact.
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Your money is back in your account within 14 days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanging for another model is possible; we settle any price difference.

Send your order number within 14 days to info@oge-exclusive.com or use the contact page. You usually receive the return address within four working hours.
Warranty is not the same as a return
If the device breaks rather than not suiting you, use the warranty form. Every device comes with a 12-month warranty.
