Not right for you after all? Then we send the return label and you get your money back. You have thirty days for it and the device may have been used.
In short
- Thirty days to change your mind, counted from the day you receive the parcel.
- Returning it used is fine; we actually want you to test it on your own hair.
- Returns are free in the Netherlands and Belgium, and you get the label from us.
- Your money is back in your account within five working days of receipt.
- Exchanging for a different model is possible; any price difference is settled.

Send your order number to info@oge-exclusive.com or use the contact page. You usually get the return label within four working hours.
Warranty is not the same as returning
If the device breaks rather than simply not suiting you, use the warranty form. Every device carries a full two-year warranty.
