You pay with the methods you see at checkout: iDEAL, credit card and PayPal. Which ones appear depends on the country you order from.
Paying securely
The payment runs over a secure connection and is handled by our payment provider. We do not store payment details ourselves; your card number never reaches our servers.
When you are charged
Straight away, when you complete your order. Right after that you get a confirmation by email with the invoice attached, VAT specified.
Invoice in a company name
Need one? Tell us with your order or send us a message afterwards with your order number. We redo the invoice and send it the same day.
Refunds
A refund always goes back through the method you paid with, within five working days of your return reaching us.
A code that does not work
Enter your discount code in the field above the total; the discount is applied immediately. If a code does not work, send us a message before you check out. Reversing an order afterwards to stick a code on it is more roundabout for both of us.
