Product description
Coarse hair normally takes the same pass three times. The One Touch Stripes is built to do it in one.
The plates carry 24 carat gold, which supports your hair’s elasticity rather than draining it. The silicone stripes between them let the section glide evenly, so one movement leaves hair smooth and silky, with no streaks, no kinks and no second round.
It reaches 220 degrees in ten seconds and is digitally adjustable, so you choose the temperature that suits your hair and not the other way round. The plates are flexible enough to curl with, which makes this as much a curler as a straightener. The extra-long cord means never hunting for a socket beside the mirror again.

Blow-dry your hair completely and comb it through. Heat on damp hair costs shine, and time.

Take sections no wider than four centimetres. One calm pass does more than five quick ones.

When will my order be delivered?
Order before 22:00 on a working day and your parcel leaves the same day, so you have it the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium. Order at the weekend and it goes out on Monday.
Can I try it at home?
Yes, and we mean that seriously. You have thirty days to change your mind and the device may well have been used in that time. We actually want you to test it properly on your own hair, on an ordinary morning, because that is the only moment you find out whether it suits you.
If it turns out not to fit, we send the return label and you get your money back within five working days. You do not have to give a reason.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years of full warranty on every device, from the day you receive it. That covers everything that can fail under normal use: the heating element, the electronics, the switch and the cord.
If you report a fault, we settle it within one working day in most cases and we pay the shipping both ways.
Is this suitable for my hair type?
Our devices are made for every hair type; the difference lies in the model you choose and the temperature you work at. Torn between two stylers? Describe your hair through the contact page: how thick, how long, coloured or not. You will get concrete advice within four working hours from someone who uses the products themselves.
Which temperature do I choose for my hair?
180 degrees for fine, thin, blonde or damaged hair. 200 degrees for normal hair. 220 degrees for thick, coarse or unruly hair.
Always start at the lowest setting that does the job: one calm pass at the right temperature gives more shine and less damage than five quick ones that are too hot. If you find yourself going over the same section more than twice, move up a setting rather than pulling harder.
Does my device work abroad?
Yes. Our devices run on 110–240V, so you can use them worldwide. Outside Europe all you need is a plug adapter, not a voltage converter.
